Gary Eades, CEO
A father, a husband, a veteran, Gary is an entrepreneur who has truly earned his title as an engineer. After the Army, he worked as a mechanic and lab technician to earn his master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Through education, experience, failure, and success, he has become a passionate problem solver. He has taught, and applied personally, a first principles approach to technology development. The approach is founded in physics, mathematics, and computer science. Applied equally well across IT, Control, and Connectivity systems, this approach has led to success in Satellite Communications, Medical Devices, Production Machines, and similar mechatronic industries.
Gary enjoys baking, the pursuit of amazing food, and outdoor adventure. He has been an engineer at companies large and small. He has been a consultant and business owner. He has operated a training center to bridge the gap between education and implementation. Now with more than 20 years of experience in engineering enterprise, embedded, and industrial systems, he leads teams of cross-functional digital experts. Gary has been the architect and administrator of global IT infrastructures. He has implemented cybersecurity strategies to protect company assets, comply with regulatory agencies, and educate network users. He and his cross-functional team provide solutions for business owners, executive leadership, and engineering management tailored to their success.

Sholanda Eades, CCO
As Chief Commercial Officer at TT Digital Systems we specialize in IT, Controls, and Connectivity. I focus on translating strategy into measurable results while keeping exceptional customer service at the center of everything we do. With more than 17 years of direct leadership and management experience, and over nine years as a managing director, I focus on creating an environment centered around trust and consistency.
In my current role, I monitor market trends and deliver regular competitor analysis to sharpen our position. My goal is to lead high-performance sales teams that execute and deliver. Through prospecting and direct outreach, I am dedicated to building our pipeline, closing deals, and ensuring smooth implementation. I set clear sales objectives, drive disciplined execution, and coach teams to exceed targets while also adjusting as the business grows.
Across my career in the marketing industry, I’ve developed a track record of establishing realistic goals, and enforcing accountability centered around proven results.
Outside work I recharge with family time and a great novel. I remain committed to TT Digital Systems’ growth plan and am excited to help guide the company toward continued success.
